The challenge of this project was to transform a large, deteriorated space with high ceilings into a functional and comfortable coworking environment within a limited budget. The concept focused on achieving a basic level of comfort through simple, efficient design decisions. The intervention prioritized essential elements, optimizing layout and circulation while reducing unnecessary costs. A neutral base was created to keep the space flexible, allowing it to adapt over time and incorporate future improvements without requiring major construction work.
